Quantification

NuLink bioconjugates confer a unique absorbance and fluorescence to the biomolecule. This enables direct quantification with UV and enables low limits of detection using fluorescence.

Linker length removes functional group from the surface of the biomolecule enabling the desired chemistry to proceed uninhibited. Each nulink reagent has its own unique linker length and many reagents can be tailored to the desired purpose.
